This 'article' is 12 quotes with links to articles or sources that espouse the benefits of positive connections and the relationship to business success.

My comments: This is a great compilation of articles on this topic and one that will be easy to reference as you think about the business value of positive workplace connections.

Strong social connections make people happier and physically healthier, which can translate into work performance.
