Rosemary Froehlich Senior Consultant

Rosemary Froehlich
Senior Consultant

Rosemary spent over 15 years in Corporate Human Resources and a decade in marketing and advertising. Today she uses her "insider" experience to write persuasive content for the workplace well-being industry.

Her experience implementing an employee wellness program in a commodities trading company taught her the power of communication as part of an organization’s overall wellbeing strategy. By involving employees in developing the program, she learned what was meaningful to them and was able to create targeted messages to significantly boost engagement and elevate the workplace culture.

This led her to launch her company, Rosemary Blair Copywriting, to help workplace well-being providers and their clients create communications that motivate and engage their audience. Rosemary believes that at its core, workplace well-being is a conversation about why a healthy, thriving and productive work force is important to an organization’s goals, strategy and bottom line.

Since 2005 she has been using her favorite communication skill of listening as a volunteer facilitator at the Den for Grieving Kids in Greenwich, CT, a support group for kids who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling. To stay active, she paddleboards in the summer, skis in the winter and swims year-round.
