Cambridge Health Alliance is a vital and innovative community health system that provides essential services to Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro-north communities. It includes three hospital campuses, a network of primary care and specialty practices, and the Cambridge Public Health Department. CHA is a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate and is also affiliated with Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and Tufts University School of Medicine.

In 2012-2013, AdvancingWellness provided consulting services to Cambridge Health Alliance to develop a strategy and plan for their employee wellness program. In 2018, Cambridge Health Alliance re-engaged AdvancingWellness to help with a new strategic plan. Since the original plan was written, the workforce has grown by nearly 40%.

Web Industries, Inc., is the largest and most diverse provider of flexible material converting and end-product manufacturing services for the Advanced Composites, Medical, Consumer Product, Multi-Layer Insulation, and Wire & Cable markets. Utilizing the widest array of slitting, spooling, and winding configurations in the business, Web formats composites, nonwovens, specialty films, papers, foils, laminates, and foams for downstream manufacturing. Headquarted in Marlborough, MA, Web Industries' workforce consists of over 350 employee owners in six divisions in fives states.

From 2009 - 2015, AdvancingWellness provided custom wellness programming to Web Industries. Services include health coaching, program management, incentives management, employee health portal, and strategic planning.

Harvard Pilgrim and its family of companies provide health benefit plans, programs and services to more than 3 million customers in New England and beyond. A leading not-for-profit health services company, we guide our members – and the communities we serve – to better health.

Since 2016, AdvancingWellness has provided custom consulting services to Harvard Pilgrim for both their own workforce and the 3,000 employer groups for whom they provide services. In 2017, we undertook a strategic planning effort for their own workforce of 1,200. The program - Well-being Matters - was fully implemented in 2018 and earned its first award.

Based in Watertown, MA, athenahealth is a leading provider of cloud-based services for electronic health records (EHR), revenue cycle management and medical billing, patient engagement, care coordination, and population health management, as well as Epocrates and other point-of-care mobile apps. 

In 2013, AdvancingWellness worked with the Senior Leadership and Human Resources team to develop a strategy and plan for their wellness program.

For more than 25 years, the company has been known for its innovation in providing industry-leading insurance services. A.I.M. Mutual is sponsored by the Commonwealth’s largest employer association, Associated Industries of Massachusetts, which has more than 4,500 employer members.

As a worker's compensation insurance company, A.I.M Mutual recognizes the importance of employee health. AdvancingWellness and A.I.M. Mutual partnered to develop a program for their policyholders to teach them to implement a comprehensive worksite wellness program.

Celldex is developing targeted therapeutics to address devastating diseases for which available treatments are inadequate. Our pipeline is built from a proprietary portfolio of antibodies and immunomodulators used alone and in strategic combinations to create novel, disease-specific therapies that induce, enhance or suppress the body's immune response.

In 2012, Celldex participated in the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's (DPH) Working on Wellness program, a capacity building program. AdvancingWellness developed this program on behalf of DPH and facilitated the program for five years. Sixty two Massachusetts employers, like Celldex, participated in the program, touching over 50,000 Massachusetts employees.
