  Workplace of the Future

Imagine for a moment that you have a crystal ball. With that crystal ball, you can see the future. You can see a vision of what your workplace in 2025 or 2030. How will that workplace be different?

The workplace of the future will be different than it is today. But just how different will it be? Today the lines between work and life are increasingly blurred. In this interactive ideation session, participants and play the role of futurist to design the workplace of the future. This ideation session will engage participants in considering current trends to create a vision for the workplace of the future, with employee wellbeing as a foundational element.

  Measuring What Matters Most

Are you struggling to show the impact of your employee well-being program? Can you show the impact the well-being initiative is having on key corporate metrics and the bottom-line?

Explore what it takes to quantify a corporate well-being program. This interactive workshop will provide you team with the skills, tools, resources and confidence to build a measurement and evaluation strategy for your well-being initiative.

Workshop length: six one-hour sessions


  Activating a Culture of Well-being

We all know that culture has a significant impact on both the employee experience and employee well-being. We also know that there is plenty of evidence to show that without a healthy, engaged workforce. You can’t achieve your business goals. How do you activate a culture of well-being in your workplace?

This workshop initiates the conversation on what a culture of well-being looks like in your workplace. We start by identifying the aspects of the workplace culture that both support and diminish well-being. Through a series of interactive exercises, we identify approaches to enhance supporting well-being and eliminating the cultural artifacts that diminish well-being.

Workshop length: two- to four-hour sessions

Mari Ryan spoke at our 2018 fall gathering of our Steel Partners Wellness Council, a group made up of 30 influential leaders across 18 companies under the Steel Partners umbrella.

Mari engaged our team through an excellent blend of practicality, creativity, and fun. Her session included a workshop that provided an organized process for us to think about the future of our company in terms of well-being and framed it in a way that used the language of our business to help us make the case for wellness to our key decision makers.
